Gallery Kitchen/Bath Cabinetry is a full line of 100% plywood cabinets assembled in our factory to exacting standards and shipped directly to your home or job site in 10 days or less, ready to install.

Gallery Kitchen Cabinets come in 16 beautiful style and color combinations. Gallery wood stained doors feature 3/4" thick solid hardwood frames with center panels constructed from solid hardwood or select wood veneers. Painted doors are built entirely from premium MDF (medium density fiberboard) which restricts thermal expansion and contraction and reduces paint cracking.

About the Position: CL Kitchen, Bath and Closets is currently seeking cabinet Dreammakers for our Florida showrooms. We are searching for highly motivated sales professionals to interact one-on-one with our valued customers, in order to guide them step by step through the kitchen design/sales process. This is not a typical sales position - we need professionals with an eye for design that can close the deal! The perfect candidate will be an energetic, take-charge type with excellent communication and organization skills. A successful track record in sales will be the key to your success. We are looking for individuals with the following experience/skills: 3 years+ proven track record in exceeding sales goals, preferably in retail. Must be proficient with MS Office software programs (including Outlook). Candidate must have strong communication skills and attention to detail. Candidate must be able to handle many tasks at once. Candidate must be a quick thinker, be organized, and willing to work a flexible work schedule including extra hours when demands exist. Must have the desire to succeed, along with a great attitude. Ability to listen and create rapport with customers and contractors. Talent for rapidly assessing needs of customers/contractors and communicating in a way that brings in the sale. Kitchen Design or Showroom Sales experience – a plus! Ability to motivate and teach others – a plus! General responsibilities of position: Develop new business via telephone and networking events as well as work with company generated leads. Measure, design, present and sell cabinetry and other related products used in kitchen &bath remodel or new construction projects. Participate in showroom duty/sales coverage and special marketing events as required. Responsible for keeping Area Manager informed of lead &project status. Must attend sales meeting and all required training. Must be knowledgeable on all product offerings.
